I've been crazy busy with summer, family, work and friends. This is a quick pic of some hair that I did this morning for one of the most gorgeous girls I have ever seen. She made my job super easy.<br />

<br />
Day 1 of my 3 day detox is done :)
It's hard, but worth it and I think tomorrow will be better. It has to
be right? If it is, I might go longer than the 3 days.Fingers crossed.<br />
<br />
My
plan is that during the day, I only have water, green tea and green
monster juice (post coming) then for dinner I have a smoothie. To make
my life easier throughout the week, I made these smoothie freezer packs
so that all I have to do is throw the<span class="J-JK9eJ-PJVNOc" style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% yellow;"></span> chopped fruit in the blender
add some spinach, almond milk, <span class="J-JK9eJ-PJVNOc" style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% yellow;">chia</span> and flax. Done! Super quick and
healthy. I would have posted a picture of the finished product, but
after I added the spinach it turned into a weird brown colour. Red
berries + green spinach = brown <span class="J-JK9eJ-PJVNOc" style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% yellow;">lol</span><br />
<br />
My packs have banana, half an avocado, strawberries, blueberries, cranberries
and raspberries. I cut everything up and put equal amounts in Ziploc
bags and tossed them in the freezer. When I get home from work I take
one out and let it sit on the counter for a few minutes while I change
into comfy clothes. This is also awesome if you like to start your day with a smoothie.<br />
<br />
:)<br />

<br />
I thought I'd share this quick tip for storing and using butter. In the US, you can by a pound of butter that has been separated into 4 sticks. This is fabulous. Here is Canada, yes we can get it (now) as well, but it is so much more expensive than our regular blocks.<br />
<br />
I don't really use a lot of butter, especially since I'm trying to avoid dairy so I only want to keep out about a 1/2 cup or 1 stick. I do buy quite a few pounds when it goes on sale though. This is what I do to make it super easy later on. I make my own sticks and wrap them up and freeze them. Then I just take out a stick when I need it. Easy-peazy-lemon-squeezy. <br />

These things are sooo good! My mum and I couldn't stop eating them haha!<br />
<br />
The idea behind them (for me anyways) is to have something on hand that tastes naughty and sinful, but isn't actually. This should* help stop me from eating sweets when I get an urge. These are sadly not vegan, but they could be, just leave out the honey and switch up the chocolate chips for vegan chips or carob.<br />
<br />
There is a lot of room for interpretation. I my self, used half vegan chips and half carob chips. You can use any combination of nut butters, or you can even toast the coconut first. That would be extra yummy. I take a couple in my lunch every day when my afternoon nosh attack comes on. These kill your apprtite and stomp on your sweet tooth cravings. <br />
<br />
What you will need:<br />
<br />
cup rolled oats (OLD fashioned, NOT quick)<br />
<div>
1/2 cup almond butter</div>
<div>
1/3 cup RAW honey</div>
<div>
1/2 cup ground flax seeds</div>
<div>
1/3 cup coconut</div>
<div>
1/3 cup raw sunflower seeds (unsalted)</div>
<div>
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips, OR, dark chocolate chunks</div>
<div>
1/4 tsp salt </div>
<div>
1 tsp vanilla</div>
<div>
<b>Mix </b>altogether and <b>refrigerate</b> 45 minutes to an hour</div>
<div>
<b>Roll</b> into small balls and keep refrigerated...</div>
<br />
Enjoy!<br />

<br />
Happy Sunday! I've had a pretty good weekend. Some thrifty
style shopping, friends, food and drinks. Last night was out annual
ladies-only martini party and as per usual it was a great time! I'm a
bit dehydrated and sleepy today but all in all not in bad shape.<br />
<br />
Today's
recipe is something that I make pretty much every weekend. They are a
great substitute if you feel like a savory/salty snack. A way better
choice then chips. I also take them in my lunch to have as my protein
with some salad or roasted veggies.<br />
<br />
I use dried chickpeas
and cook them, but canned will work just fine. Just make sure you rinse
them really well and drain them for a while before baking.<br />
<br />
What you will need:<br />
<br />
-Cooked or canned chickpeas<br />
-2 Tbsp Olive Oil<br />
-Seasoning. I used Lemon Pepper seasoning, but any kind would work. <br />

<br />
Rinse and drain your chickpeas. Preheat your oven to 350° F. Toss the chickpeas in the olive oil and spread them out on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with your seasonings. Bake for an hour shaking every 20 minutes or so.<br />

<br />
They should come out golden brown and they should be crunchy. They are good hot or cold. <br />
<br />
<br />
Enjoy!!<br />

Hello Lovelies!<br />
<br />
I'm back with a super
easy recipe that I found on <span class="J-JK9eJ-PJVNOc" style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% yellow;">Pinterest</span> a while ago, but I couldn't find
it again, so I'm going on memory. It turned out pretty good, but next
time I think I will make some adjustments. It has a milder taste than I was expecting because onion soup mix is pretty strong. This could be perfect for some, but
I'm a more is more kind of girl, so I think next time, I will also add
caramelized onions, pepper and perhaps some other seasonings. <br />
<br />
<br />
You will need:<br />
<br />
-Washed and cut potatoes. I used about 12 smallish ones<br />
-1 Packet of dry onion soup mix (you could try this with ranch too or any other kind of dry mix)<br />
-Olive Oil approx 4 tbsp you can use more or less<br />
<br />
**side note**<br />
<br />
I added some sauteed cabbage with garlic that I made a few days ago<br />
<br />
<br />
Preheat
oven to 450° F. I peeled my potatoes but you could leave the skin on.
My potatoes were a few weeks old so peeling was the only option.<br />
<br />
Once
they are peeled, wash and dry them. Cut them into small chunks and
throw them into a glass baking dish. Pour the oil over the top and toss
to coat. Sprinkle the soup mix over the top and toss again.<br />
<br />
Bake
for about 20 minutes, then toss them around again and bake again for
about 15 more minutes. You want the potatoes to be cooked and a bit
brown. If they are getting too brown before they are done cooking, you
can cover with tin foil. <br />
<br />
Happy Cooking! <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

Please excuse my absence, I have been super busy and actually not much to write about lol. I did however,get a new computer (Mac Mini) and a new camera for Christmas so I'll have some great pics and video tutorials once I figure out what the heck I'm doing! I haven't even really had time to sit down and really try to figure them out. Hopefully I will have some time soon.
Thanks for your continued support!

<br />
A couple of weeks ago I went to a
friends house for dinner and she put on quite a spread! Everything was
FAB. Even though I have taken up a more Vegan lifestyle, this Blue
Cheese, Walnut and Endive Salad has since become one of my favorite
things to eat. It's quick, easy and super tasty. Even the Hubs loves it
and he HATES Blue Cheese!<br />
<br />
Now my amiga made this a bit different, but I worked with what I had in the fridge and pantry.<br />
<br />
You will need:<br />
<br />
Blue Cheese<br />
Walnuts (chopped)<br />
Red Wine Vinegar<br />
Olive Oil<br />
Endive (washed, ends cut off and leaves pulled apart)<br />
<br />
No
measurements folks! I start with the walnuts. Chop them up and throw
them in a bowl with whatever amount of blue cheese you want. Then add a
dash or olive oil and a some red wine vinegar. Then mix it all up until
the cheese has mixed with the oil and vinegar.<br />
<br />
Lay the endive leaves on a plate in a sun pattern, then spoon the cheese mixture into the middle.<br />
<br />
Enjoy! <br />
<br />

<br />
Merry Christmas Eve Eve! Quick recipe post today. This is as far off from a "Christmas" meal as you can get. But it's tasty and oh so good for you. The Hubs actually hates avocado (crazy I know) so I had to make the sauce without him seeing the ingredient. I knew that if he saw the avocados, he wouldn't want to eat it. Tricky lady. Best part about it... It's VEGAN!!! The original recipe can be foudn <a href="http://carlibybel.com/" target="_blank">here</a>. <br />
<br />
Here is what you will need:<br />
<br />
3 smaller ripe avocados<br />
4 garlic cloves<br />
Tablespoon of chilli paste<br />
2 Tablespoons of basil paste<br />
Sea Salt<br />
Fresh ground black pepper<br />
1-2 Tablespoons lemon juice<br />
Handful of spinach <br />
1/2 Tablespoon Italian seasoning<br />
Olive oil<br />
Water<br />
Noodles - I used brown rice and spinach noodles<br />
<br />
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEibfJZf0n-ST4X-85fJnQ0ivpVEF2Tm87fqRQkECbnHbb6XHJPmZbpOGDA90jI3DhcXsRIIrRiIh7zbwAhyphenhyphenO0NTQJht8Siq-vwRf1yi8GxleG7nga7j8zNCKrq83uh559Y-KmRZZ-91dP0/s640/blogger-image--536631035.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEibfJZf0n-ST4X-85fJnQ0ivpVEF2Tm87fqRQkECbnHbb6XHJPmZbpOGDA90jI3DhcXsRIIrRiIh7zbwAhyphenhyphenO0NTQJht8Siq-vwRf1yi8GxleG7nga7j8zNCKrq83uh559Y-KmRZZ-91dP0/s640/blogger-image--536631035.jpg" /></a> <br />
<br />
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj8N1vSHS3tsdj2ZJgoinD1FlKgACruDbSX0szlkhAO9BqHwSNlVI2nESVQzMF22LodCiJxTl2yTJXeZdclWzexZLY9jEGdNVxwXslSv4WsBaU718tVlXG-ruCtmYLaBO7x8KMIK1pqpCs/s640/blogger-image--2092496572.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj8N1vSHS3tsdj2ZJgoinD1FlKgACruDbSX0szlkhAO9BqHwSNlVI2nESVQzMF22LodCiJxTl2yTJXeZdclWzexZLY9jEGdNVxwXslSv4WsBaU718tVlXG-ruCtmYLaBO7x8KMIK1pqpCs/s640/blogger-image--2092496572.jpg" /></a><br />
<br />
Throw all the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Mix until smooth.<br />
<br />
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEinn52Vl4PVUtHyhhUfntNJ73NI1qcGlCahCCti15zqWgWCVN-dZzq7lR_jjZBeARQr8cB8l66UK2wWsKF9nAeN_xWlopl1A_7NMd7TBAlT43SGAwZI70Kld2-L2o_pKmX7aq6EqF37aJg/s640/blogger-image--1543859079.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEinn52Vl4PVUtHyhhUfntNJ73NI1qcGlCahCCti15zqWgWCVN-dZzq7lR_jjZBeARQr8cB8l66UK2wWsKF9nAeN_xWlopl1A_7NMd7TBAlT43SGAwZI70Kld2-L2o_pKmX7aq6EqF37aJg/s640/blogger-image--1543859079.jpg" /></a> <br />
<br />
Cook your noodles and drain. Once you drain the noodles, put them back in the pot and add the sauce. I added a bit more of the seasonings to taste. Voila! <br />
<br />

<br />
Friday
night I went to the Fergus Theatre to see their production of Miracle on
34th St with some wonderful coworkers. We had some dinner, then on to
the show. It finally put me in the Christmas mood. It was a really
great night full of laughs. <br />
<br />
Saturday was sooo busy. I started
off with a massage ( a pretty good way to start a weekend). Then we were
off to a first birthday party for one of my fave little girlies. After
that we had Terrill's work Christmas party. <br />
<br />
I really love my
outfit. I actually didn't know what I was going to wear until about 45
mins before we had to be there! Luckily it turned out. I got a lot of
compliments on the clothes, shoes and hair. I bought the tulle skirt on
EBay in September for $11.00. I bought it in 3 colours because they were
so cheap. The bow tie was a last minute addition, but I'm glad I did!
It added a little something-something I think. <br />
<br />
Happy Sunday! <br />

<br />
I made this broccoli salad for dinner yesterday. It
was so good. I made two versions, vegan and non vegan. I think this will
become a regular for us. Broccoli is a power food by the way. So eat
it! Lot's of it :P<br />
<br />
You will need for the regular version:<br />
<br />
1 large bunch broccoli chopped into bite size pieces. <br />
1 small red onion or 1/4 cup chopped<br />
8 bacon strips cooked and crumbled. 6 if you are using turkey bacon. <br />
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese<br />
1/2 cup sunflower seeds<br />
1/2 cup raisins - you can use dried cranberries as well<br />
1/2 cup of mayo<br />
2 tbps of sugar or sugar substitute<br />
1 tbps apple cider vinegar<br />
<br />
Mix
the mayo, vinegar and sugar together until smooth. Throw all the other
ingredients in a bowl and toss. Add the dressing and stir until
everything is coated. <br />
<br />
Vegan version you omit the bacon and cheese. I used my home made<a href="http://beautifullydangerous.blogspot.ca/2012/12/home-made-veganaise.html" target="_blank"> veganaise</a> instead of mayo. When I made the dressing, I used Agave syrup instead
of sugar. I only used a little bit because its really sweet. <br />
<br />
Enjoy! <br />

I went to the grocery store today to actually buy some Veganaise, but
it was $6.00 for a small jar! No way was I going to spend that when I
can make my own (Mum, are you seeing this?!) <br /><br />I found a recipe
<a href="http://veganepicurean.blogspot.ca/2009/05/homemade-veganaise.html" target="_blank">here</a>, and it looked easy enough. I also had all the ingredients. It
turned out really good! I'm pretty impressed, I was concerned that I
wouldn't like it. You can use this in place of mayo in wherever you
would like. I'll be making this often for sure. <br /><br />What you will need:<br /><br /><strong>Ingredients:</strong><br />
½ cup of soy milk, plain and preferably unsweetened<br />
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons of canola oil<br />
¼ teaspoon of apple cider vinegar<br />
¼ teaspoon of agave syrup<br />
¾ teaspoon of kosher salt<br />
½ tablespoon of fresh lemon juice<br />
zest from 1/8 of an organic lemon<br />
1/8 teaspoon of dry mustard<br /><br />Place all ingredients in the blender
for about 30 seconds or until you have a mayo-like consistency. This
recipe makes about 1.5 cups.<br /><br /> I used most of it in broccoli salad
that I will share tomorrow. The rest I put in a container for later.
According to the recipe creator, it should last in the fridge for a
couple of weeks. I did have some of it on a sandwich. I used flax and
quinoa bread, tomato, parsley and tempeh bacon. <br /><br />Happy Sunday! <br />
<br />

Actually my girl Lauren at work came up to me and said "you have to blog about his outfit!" She read my mind! <br />
<br />
The button up is super cute eh?! The print is Wiener Dogs, you can't not like it! I picked this up in the US the other weekend. It's from Kmart of all places. I also loved the gold buttons. It's all in the details! <br />
<br />
My hair was still looking pretty good after the curls were slept on so I just went with it. A little French braid across my bangs changed it up just enough I think. Plus it kept it out of my face. <br />
<br />
I threw in the picture of the omelet because its what I had for dinner. It was really good! I sautéed some mushrooms, red onion, garlic, tomato and a ton of spinach then threw it in the omelet with some dill cream cheese. Soooo good! <br />
<br />
I'm off to walk my girls now, then I think I'll do some yoga.<br />
<br />
Happy Tuesday! <br />

Wow today flew by! Kind of a good thing, since nobody wants Monday to drag. This is probably the most basic of outfits but I really love it! <br />
<br />
I did a little thrifting on Saturday at the Good Will. I picked up these wide leg dress pants for $7! They were brand new tags on. Price tag said $50 from Reitmans. My shoes are a "get well soon" present I bought my self. I've wanted them for ages. Aren't the the most!! To say the least;) The necklace was given to me by my mums bestie. They are always thifting and she came across this little gem. She said it was chunky and weird so I would love it! Haha I can't argue with that! <br />
<br />
My hair is curled with a curling iron. I might do a tutorial soon since I get asked all the time how I do it. I just have to figure out how to do a video hehe.<br />

<br />
Official weigh in results for week 2 - down 11.4 lbs! Woohoo! <br />
<br />
I'm feeling pretty good, my skin is getting clearer and clearer by the day. I seem to have a lot of energy during the day. I've been getting up early and taking my baby girls for walks, then again at night. <br />
<br />
I had some more blood work done yesterday and I have to go back again on Friday next week. Hopefully this will be the last for a while. At least until February when I have to have a series of other tests done. <br />
<br />
I'm heading out for lunch with my hubs, the mother in law and the grandma inlaw. <br />
Tonight I'm out for a girls night. Some many beautiful ladies all in one place. It's going to be wonderful. <br />
<br />

<br />
Couple of things. <br />
<br />
1) My detox is still going strong. I think I will continue for another week and see how it goes from there. I've lost a few more pounds, I'll post the weeks total tomorrow when I weigh in. I feel pretty good:) <br />
<br />
2) Quick outfit post. It was dress down day at work today. I wore this amazing chambray shirt with the bleached bottoms and white hearts. I love a plain denim shirt, but this was too fun to pass up! And who do we see poking out from underneath?! Yup! It's Kelly Kapowski!! I've wanted a shirt with her face on it for a while, and I came across this one last weekend. If they had a Zack Morris or and A.C Slater shirt I would have bought all three!! <br />
<br />
Happy Friday boys and girls! Drive safe!! <br />

<br />
Things are going ok. I had a little set back with the whole health thing. The issue I have been having reared its ugly head again. I was urgently called into see the doctor on Friday as they were concerned for my health. I had more blood work done and yet another ultra sound. I have to go back in 2 months for more tests and such. It's hard to get over something when you keep getting pulled back in. <br />
<br />
Anyways onwards and upwards! I had a pretty good weekend otherwise. I spent most of it at home and I did some shopping with my mum on Sunday. I got most of Hubby's Christmas gifts and some gifts for my self as well ;) I'll post some pics soon. <br />
<br />
I lost a total of 8.6 lbs last week. Which is crazy! I'm still on the detox and I'm feeling good. I might keep it going for another week or two. You can't argue with the results. <br />
<br />
I've also been walking my dogs twice a day for 20-30 minutes. I didn't want to get into anything crazy for the first week, since my body is heeling from the "problems". I'm starting some more intense workouts this week and I'll continue walking until its so cold out I can't stand it! <br />
<br />
This is what I whipped up for dinner. I sautéed a half a large red onion in olive oil, italian seasoning and garlic. Added red peppers, Cremona mushrooms, tonnes of spinach and tomato. It was pretty good! Kind of like the inside of a fajita, but not lol! <br />
<br />
Happy Monday! <br />

Hello
Darlings!</div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-margin-top-alt: auto;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-margin-top-alt: auto;">
Quick
post on how the juice cleanse/detox is going. First of all, I feel FAB! There
is really something to this whole juice/vegan lifestyle. Now I’m not saying I’m
now a vegan, but I think I’ll be eating a lot more vegan dishes from now on. </div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-margin-top-alt: auto;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-margin-top-alt: auto;">
I’ve
had no headaches. This is a big deal people. I’m a migraine kind of gal. I
usually have a migraine at least once a week and they last for 2-3 days. Ya, I
know. I’m always taking pills trying to make the pain go away. Sometimes they
work, sometimes they don’t. My poor liver. So for me to go from Saturday to
Thursday without a migraine is an amazing feat. </div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-margin-top-alt: auto;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-margin-top-alt: auto;">
My
skin has started to clear up. For the last 2 months or so, I’ve had huge cystic
acne all over my chin and jaw. Plus the rest of my face was covered in your
regular type zits. Then there is my neck, chest, back and shoulders –covered. I
looked like I had chicken pox or some sort of serious affliction. In 6 days, my
face is about 90% clear and the rest of me is about 50-60% clear. I’d say that
is a huge improvement. I’m super pleased.</div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-margin-top-alt: auto;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-margin-top-alt: auto;">
Last
but not least I’ve lost some weight. Right now, it’s about 6lbs. I’ll weigh my
self on Saturday to get the results for the week. FANTASTIC. </div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-margin-top-alt: auto;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-margin-top-alt: auto;">
It’s
so rewarding to see fantastic results. I’m definitely keeping this up. I can
only imagine how much my organs are loving me right now. Clean out all the crap
in your organs and your body can heal anything. </div>

Tonight for dinner I had a home made tuna burger made with
flax instead of bread crumbs. I served it on a bed of chopped kale, with
avocado and tomato. For a dressing I used fresh lime juice, sea salt and
pepper. It was ok. Not my favorite, so I’m not going to bother posting the recipe.
I like the idea of the salad, so I think next time I’ll use spinach instead of
kale. </div>

As part of my new take on health, I’m detoxing inside and

If you know me on a personal level, you know I hate baths

towards all over health. </div>

You need a couple things to turn a regular bath into a detox
bath. The first thing you need is about 1-2 cups of Epsom Salt. Soaking in
Epsom salts actually helps replenish the body’s magnesium levels. The sulfate
flushes toxins and helps form proteins in brain tissue and joints.</div>

Next you will need is 1-2 cups of Baking Soda. Baking soda
is known for its cleansing ability and even has anti-fungal properties. It also leaves skin very soft. </div>

Make sure the water is nice and hot and you will need about
40 minutes. It takes the first 20 minutes for the toxins to leave the body and
the final 20 minute for the magnesium to be absorbed. Also do not use soap or
anything like that until the end. It counter acts the benefits. </div>

Hello my lovelies!</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
It’s been what seems like forever since I have written. I
had to take a bit of a hiatus due to some crazyness that happened in my life. I
will possibly write about this later, but right now I’m not in the right frame of mind
to talk about it. </div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
This past weekend I started a juice cleanse to help me detox
after my recent issues. My body feels and looks polluted. That is possibly the
best way I can describe it. I gained a bunch of weight, my skin looks/is
disgusting, my psoriasis is acting up and I just have an overwhelming feeling
of BLAH. </div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
If any of you have ever watched “Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead” on
NetFlix, you would know how amazing a juice detox is. If you haven’t seen it,
please watch it. These two guys are crazy awesome and changed their lives for
the better. The main juice I’ve been drinking is the “Mean Green” from the
documentary. </div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
Saturday morning I woke up to the sound of the juicer going.
My handsome hubby was hard at work making me (and him) a few days worth of
fresh fruit and veggie juice. My plan is that for the next 14 days, I’ll have
this juice throughout the day and then have a small, clean, healthy dinner. </div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
The juice is pretty simple, easy to make and it packed full
of vitamins and good stuff to help your organs do what they need to. </div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
So what’s in the juice? Kale, Celery, Cucumber, Granny Smith
Apple, Ginger, Lemon. There are a few other juices we made so there is variety.
Another one is Cranberry, Blackberry, Clementine, Lime. This one is soooo
bitter and sour lol. I have to mix it with the Mean Green! We also made a Carrot,
Apple one that is soooo yummy. Just throw whatever you have in the juicer and
off you go!</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
I’ll keep you posted on my progress:)</div>

Ok, this is seriously delicious. Like lick the plate good. I
made this today for Thanksgiving dinner at the in laws. It’s crazy easy and
involves about as much work as sitting on the couch watching Netflix. The in
laws, hubby and the rest of the fam loved it! They said it was rich and
buttery. They didn’t expect it to be as light as it was.</div>

The original recipe was a bit different from what I did. The
original recipe is<a href="http://www.delightedmomma.com/2011/09/3-ingredient-peach-cobbler.html" target="_blank"> here</a>. I didn’t have any canned peaches or yellow cake mix.
So I used what I had. I had canned pears and Butter Pecan cake mix. </div>

What you will need:</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>

1 Large can of pear halves or peaches</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
1 Box of butter pecan cake mix. Vanilla would work here as
well. </div>

2 Sticks of butter – melted. The original receipe called for 1 stick of butter</div>

<div class="MsoNormal">
Preheat your oven to 350° F. In a glass baking dish, empty
the can of pears. Do not drain the fruit. I cut the halves into 4 or 5 pieces
and placed them all over the bottom of the dish. </div>

<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
Next empty the dry cake mix onto the pears and cover the
pears evenly. Melt the butter in the microwave and then pour it over the cake
mix. Bake at 350° F for about 50 minutes. </div>
