Wow down 5.2 lbs! First week went really well! Just goes to
show that you can still loose even when there is a holiday! If you want to see

Yay congratulations! Every time I'm on a diet the thing that helps the most is just counting every calorie. I hope that helps a little! Good luck!! Buy some skinny jeans when you're done, and have so much fun shrinking!!
