Well ladies and gentlemen….I’m down 4.6 lbs! I fell pretty
good and although its only been a week, I think that this success is going to
continue

Saturday ended up being kind of a cheat day. I had some taco dip, a small piece
of cake and a Smirnoff Ice. It didn’t seem to slow me down though.
Well on to week 2!
Wooo! Keep up the good work! I know it's hard so if you're ever looking for an extra push let me know and we'll take the dogs on an extra long walk and add it some running!
